Deleting Your Account and Data

To delete your account and data:

1. Navigate to the Profile page
2. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
3. Click the "Delete Account" button
4. Confirm your decision when prompted

This will permanently remove your personal information (email and phone number) from our systems. Your activity history will remain, but it will no longer be associated with your account.

What Information We Collect

When you create an account with us, we collect:

• Your email address - Used for login and account management
• Your name - Used to personalize your experience
• Your phone number - Optional, used for SMS notifications if you choose to enable them
• Your timezone offset - Used to send notifications at appropriate times in your local time

That's it. We don't ask for your address or any other personal details.

We may also collect some technical information automatically to help us improve the platform and understand how it's being used:

• Usage data - We may track how you interact with our platform (pages visited, features used, etc.)
• Device information - Basic info like browser type, operating system, and screen size
• Cookies - Small files that help our site remember your preferences and keep you logged in

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Let you log in and access your account
• Send you login codes when you request them
• Send notifications if your profile allows it (email and/or SMS reminders about your pacts)
• Communicate important updates about the platform
• Improve the platform based on how it's being used

We will never use your email to send spam, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time through your notification preferences.

Who We Share Your Information With

We never sell or share your email address with anyone.

The only exception is when we're legally required to share information (such as in response to a valid court order or legal process).

• SMS service providers - Send SMS notifications if you've opted in

• Delete your account - You can delete your account at any time using the delete account button in the Profile page's "Danger Zone" section. This will permanently remove your personal information from our systems

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal information only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your email address and phone number from our systems.
